Who we share your data with
Your data is not shared with anyone accept Australia Post for the purpose of shipping your item. We do not store (or have the ability to see) your credit card information
Shipping Policy
We endeavour to send all orders within 2 business days however sometimes this may be pushed back by a day or two due to outside commitments and holidays. As of 01/11/22, orders are taking 4-5 days on average to ship. Please take this into consideration when placing your order
Refund/Return Policy
If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, please contact us to make arrangements to return the item. This will be on a case by case basis however generally no refunds are given for ‘change of mind’ decisions.
Warranty
We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects for a minimum of one (1) year with a large portion of our products having at least a 3 year warranty. Warranty claims are generally only considered if the customer/client has not tampered with the product/s and they must be in fair condition for their age. Abuse and neglect may hinder your ability to lodge a warranty claim
We will NOT be responsible for damages caused by our products to other property.
All products are covered by a one year warranty where we guarantee the products is free from manufacturers defects. The following one or two years (depending on product) are covered by the same warranty, however we take into consideration the type of use the product has had over its life. Conditions such as being operated in dusty environments, salty conditions, vehicle collisions/accidents, misuse and other general harsh conditions. Any of the above conditions may remove or cancel the extra warranty period.
Other policies
Our Android head units should be installed by a certified auto electrician. Remember to keep your receipt from them. Warranty, or all other types of claims, may be affected by not using a licensed auto electrician.
Our Gas bonnet strut kits should be installed by a licensed mechanic. Remember to keep your receipt from them. Warranty, or all other types of claims, may be affected by not using a licensed auto electrician.
